INFINET was born on the public basketball courts of Melbourne, where bare hoops and missing nets had become part of the landscape.
For our team of product designers, engineers and lifelong basketballers, it was a problem hiding in plain sight. Too many courts were missing a simple but important part of the game.
The net.
That familiar swish isn't just satisfying. It provides feedback, builds confidence and changes the way the game feels.
So we started designing.
What began as a sketch evolved through years of engineering, testing and refinement. The result was our original FINLINE™ system, powered by FinTech™ technology - a low-maintenance outdoor solution developed for courts where traditional nets don't last.
As we continued working with councils, schools, sporting facilities and players, it became clear that different courts have different requirements.
Today, INFINET includes traditional hoop systems, performance breakaway hoops, outdoor FinTech™ systems and custom projects - all designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia with the same focus on quality, durability and long-term performance.
Different courts require different solutions.
